Indigo and Purple Spider Web Scene 🌙🕸️

✨ Gouache Painting Tutorial | Night Sky, Peony & Indigo Spider Web 🌙🕸️

Let’s paint something cute and a little spooky! In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to create a magical night sky in peony and indigo gouache, accented with white for the stars, moon, and a delicate spider web.

We’ll add purple-indigo leaves and soft details on 5x7 watercolor paper for a dreamy Halloween-inspired scene.

Gouache Painting Night Sky and Spider Web

Happy Halloween! Let’s Paint a Spooky but Serene Scene!

You’ll need: 🎨 Gouache paints — Peony (or any purple or pink), Indigo, White, and a touch of Black 🖌️ Brushes — I’m using Rosemary & Co brushes, but any will do!

Be sure to have a tiny detail brush for the web (or try a gel pen/belly roller pen for precision!)

📄 Watercolor paper — 5x7 works perfectly. This easy, fun project was inspired by a cute little spider I found in my mailbox and an oracle card (which I’ll read to you during the video!). Perfect for cozy autumn evenings, beginners, and anyone who loves nature’s quiet magic. 🍂 ✨
