This is my first book. I decided to self publish. As you may know me, I very much like my designs a particular way and to have a particular feel. This goes for my paintings, photography, writing and reproductions. Sharing what I know with what I have experienced. Hoping it connects with the readers.

The other night, I had a dream about planting lots of flowers. I woke from it feeling very happy. But then, realizing soon enough it was actually a dream.

I have some juicy, messy behind-the-scenes of my book’s creation! It’s still baking in the oven, but we hope to have it ready by the end of April. We don’t want to rush; this is a very heavily illustrated book with words, and we want to take our time with this special creation.

Paintings, projects, and a bit of a brain dump.

After a long 2 weeks of locking in to finish my book and sending all the finished files to my mentor (former designer), she spotted some errors that could cause odd printing, such as text too close to the spine of the book. I also had to write my copyright page.
