Hi and welcome! I’m Maria, an artist creating nature-inspired paintings and illustrations in watercolor, gouache, acrylic, and oil. Each piece is made with a sense of whimsy and wonder, inviting the viewer into my magical world.

I also have a deep love for fine art photography, in which I love to capture the quiet wonders of nature, golden light, dreamy bokeh, and a delicate depth of field to create smooth, velvety imagery.

A new adventure for me has been writing a book and self-publishing it under my own imprint, Rose Moon Press. My book, The Magic of Flowers, will be released in the Summer of 2026!

My home is in Northwest Indiana with my husband, two children, and pets, including dogs, cats, chickens, and lizards. And many flowers.
