The first sights of spring dancing through the woodlands with the air scented of wet earth, the sights and sounds of birds and blooms.

A luna moth emerges from her cocoon. Taking shape on my paper, wings of greens and blues with delicate florals embedded into her body.
As if she came to life on the paper, wings glowing bright, she's flying through the woodlands on an endless journey of transformation.
Each night, she dances the song of spring, then summer, then fall.
Just as soon as she came to, she had left. Her spirit was of growth and magic. She reminds us that every ending is the beginning of something new.🦋✨️

I have been trying to come up with this painting for a long time now! Inspired by a coffee mug I own, birds and of course the wild growth of florals and foliage! I used colors I love like Prussian blue, magenta and green, embellished with lovely gold! Whimsy letters that have a vintage vibe! Lots I love all in one place! ✨️
